ABOUT THE POSTION:
We are seeking a motivated Telecommunications Specialist to become a key member of our business. The ideal candidate will coordinate and conduct performance measurements on new and advanced telecommunication equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities
Maintains and troubleshoots phone system
Maintains and troubleshoot video conferencing systems
Maintain and troubleshoot security cameras
Work alongside network team to maintain and troubleshoot Wi-Fi
Project mgmt. assistance for new turn-ups
Assist in daily Help Desk duties pertaining to above technologies or when assistance is needed
Qualifications
Requires 10+ year experience installing and commissioning telecom systems
Experience utilizing SIP technologies for trunk/call paths required
Experience with Mitel or ShoreTel phone systems desired
Experience with an ISP or telecommunications company desired
Knowledge of Central Office infrastructure and installation practices desired
Network certifications are considered a plus
Requires good oral and written communication
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work on multiple projects
Desire to learn and apply what you learn immediately
