Job Title :: CRM Development & Operations Manager (Email Marketing, Email Campaign, Braze)Job Location:: Midtown New YorkThe CRM Development & Operations Manager plays a critical role in our marketing team, serving as the key link between strategy and technical execution within our CRM initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of enterprise ESPs (Braze preferred) and the capability to translate complex campaign requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with project management skills and excel in presenting complex concepts across diverse teams to drive effective and measurable marketing outcomes.Major ResponsibilitiesLead technical dynamic content projects by translating non-technical campaign needs into technical solutions using Braze, Movable Ink, LiveIntent, and SheetDB.Responsible for campaign measurement and tracking, ensuring accurate tool implementation and data flow for marketing dashboards.Manage the development, testing, and QA of API-powered transactional email campaigns within Braze.Act as the primary liaison for business intelligence dashboard projects, understanding data flows and translating marketing team needs into scalable reports.Maintain a comprehensive library of technical implementations and project documentation in Confluence, facilitating knowledge management across teams.Identify areas for innovation and build project plans that experiment with ground-breaking innovative approaches to CRM strategy.
