Together, we won't stop! Job Overview ou will build and lead PR and communication efforts around T-Mobile's prepaid brands and taking their business to the next level. You'll build campaigns, go deep as the subject matter expert; collaborate with marketing and business partners; develop and implement brilliant PR strategies across earned, owned and paid channels; create materials; advise executives and leadership, and land coverage in broadcast, print and online outlets. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter who can collaborate or work independently and will bring (and implement!) bold, break-through ideas. * This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days week in the office. Based in Bellevue, WA * Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and internal partners, advise executives and leadership. Develop thoughtful, tailored media plans, dream up and sell in unique story concepts and attention-getting moments with leadership. Land coverage in broadcast, print and online outlets. Work with influencers, build events and create opportunities. Lean into data and insights, drive news and stories, create programs that reach local communities and engage with social teams. Develop and manage reporter relationships and tackle problems. Pinch hit on a wide variety of projects for the team and in lock-step with our agency resources. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 10+ years' experience in communications and media strategy at a PR/marketing agency or fast-paced corporate comms/PR team Strong communication skills, both verbal and written In-depth knowledge of what makes news and how to manufacture coverage without hard news Ability to partner across the company and with different teams Understanding of social media's impact on media relations Strong writing and editing skills Experience creating super creative campaigns for breakthrough products or industries such as retail and consumer Personal Characteristics: Thrives in a fast-paced culture of change and innovation; able to think on your feet and pivot on a dime Ability to work independently but know when to bring relevant and timely updates to the forefront at the right time A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a bias towards action; a self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction; general ass-kicker Works well with others whether leading or contributing to a project Ensures productivity is enhanced and quality is delivered Excellent follow-through skills you do what you say you'll do and dot the i's Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Calm under pressure amid tight deadlines Able to have some fun while kicking tail Positive interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, upbeat attitude, high integrity, persistence and personal initiative all are required Ready and willing to adapt to the possibility of uncertainty, new territory and change every day * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $128,300.00 - $173,600.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed.
