What you'll do

As Sr Product Marketing Manager - Trust you will be responsible for developing messaging, positioning enablement and GTM strategy for everything Trust and Security at Docusign. This includes shaping our narrative on the Docusign Trust Center, driving the GTM for trust-related products like Docusign Notary and enhancing the Trust components of all Docusign products. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Field Enablement, Sales, International Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Marketing - eSignature.

ResponsibilityDevelop compelling Trust positioning and messaging that resonates with the Docusign target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and benefits and translate technical details into customer-facing value propositionsSpeak at events and educate our internal teams about topics like data privacy, compliance, residency and moreDrive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updatesWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of go-to-market plansConduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapeAnalyze market data and customer feedback to refine and enhance product positioning and marketing strategiesProvide sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively communicate product value propositions and benefitsDevelop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales processPartner with product management to influence product development based on market insights and customer feedbackAct as a liaison between product management and other departments to ensure alignment on product strategy and goalsCreate and oversee the development of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinarsEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Trust marketing campaignsAnalyze and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvementJob Designation

Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

BA/BS required and 8+ years relevant experience7+ years product marketing or operations experience in the B2B SaaS spaceProven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiencePreferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can effectively work with an international, cross-functional team to achieve success3+ years of experience working in product marketing for software products with a strong trust componentProven track record of product marketing experience including project management, enabling sales, and developing strong customer insights across segmentsSelf-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervisionHighly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results-drivenWage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $134,900 - $216,975 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
