Who You Are:

We're searching for a skilled digital marketing specialist with a creative side to develop, implement, and optimize paid digital marketing strategies and direct response email marketing efforts for our direct-to-consumer business, Enlighten 567. In this highly visible hands-on role, you will work closely with the marketing delivery team to build and maintain customer-focused direct-response campaigns for both our internal and external customers. The digital marketing specialist will lead, shape, and maintain our paid digital marketing and email marketing programs end-to-end, including development, planning, targeting, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns with multiple targeting segments and ad formats.

Create compelling ad and email content, including copywriting, design coordination, and visual elements.

Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies, such as list segmentation, campaign automation, and personalized email journeys.

Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for both digital and email campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance daily using tools like Google Analytics, Domo, Power BI, and native ad-platform insights.

Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending strategic incorporations.

Utilize ad targeting, bidding strategies, and performance measurements for effective campaigns.

Regularly test and optimize for conversion rates and landing page performance.

Provide internal reports on campaign performance with data-driven recommendations. ****

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

At least four years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on direct-to-consumer demand generation and email marketing.

Demonstrated ability to create compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.

Highly skilled in ad platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, and Facebook Ads.

Extensive experience with email marketing platforms like Mailgun, SF Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar.

Proven track record in creating and managing successful email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, campaign automation, and personalized email journeys.

In-depth understanding of email compliance and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, with knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience with Skai/Kenshoo for managing and optimizing large-scale ad campaigns.
