At Egglands Best, we are focused on creating and building many more future success stories with you.TRADE PROMOTION MANAGER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport ongoing maintenance of Egglands Best trade promotion calendars and master price listCollaborate with the Sales Team to gather customer contracts & agreementsUpdate promotion event details accurately and in a timely mannerSupport sales forecast/re-forecast process for accurate accruals of promotions & discountsRecommend, track, and enforce effective trade promotion policies and proceduresResearch, process, and code customer chargebacks accurately and timelyObtain and retain remittance information and backup documents for payments and chargebacksNavigate customer portals to access necessary backup documents and informationIdentify and dispute unauthorized deductionsRespond to inquiries regarding billing errors, chargebacks, and disputesManage and review work performed by accounting outsource on relevant responsibilitiesContact customers to collect past due receivables and resolve collection issuesSupport Sales and Finance teams as neededQualifications, Skills, and Education:Bachelor's degree Preferred2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the CPG industryFamiliar with retailer portals such as Kroger, Albertsons, Target and UNFI.Proficiency in ExcelHighly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent prioritization and multitasking abilities
