This is Remote positonDescription :Vegetable Seeds Marketing & Sales Assistant
The marketing and sales assistant will provide support to the vegetable seeds US/Canada marketing team to enable the execution of the country marketing and sales plans.
Primary responsibilities:• Recommend and implement updates to the US and Canada websites to ensure accurate legal and compliance verbiage, product literature, and contact information, and to reflect marketing priorities.• Update ImageBank repository of product and field photos. Identify product photography needs and organize photoshoots to close any identified gaps.• Maintain YouTube channel.• Arrange service agreements and purchase orders with key vendors.• Collect media consent forms from employees and customers and create centralized repository.• Provide logistics support for internal and external events: organizing room blocks, arranging catering, ordering items, etc.• Update customer records in CRM database• Additional tasks may include maintaining intranet page, organizing employee appreciation gifts/activities, and updating on-site visual displays
Education and skills:Degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive self-starter capable of working with limited supervision. Ability to self-manage time and resources and to allocate time and energy appropriately to achieve goals.
Role duration: 6 months
PAY RATE - $20- $25/hour
