Essential Functions

Develop and implement corporate social media strategy based on brand guidelines

Collaborate with marketing and design teams, as well as executives, to develop effective social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

Work closely with the CEO to ideate, create and curate content

Analyze and monitor the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and contribute to discussions for improvements

Cultivate engagement with our followers and social media users and encourage greater social media participation in an effort to grow our online brand through a multi-platform campaign

Constantly research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities and brand direction

Set, monitor, and report on KPIs associated with social media campaigns, such as targets for certain number of shares or links and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs

Quickly pivot, redesign and adjust to data driven results

Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)

Communicate and complete day-to-day program execution including, but not limited to, tracking of status, key deliverables, and major dependencies in accordance with content calendar

Identify opportunities to influence public perception through our audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brands social media strategy

Identify client/coach needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

Ensure all-around consistency of brand (style, fonts, images and tone)

Attend team meetings as required

Be able to work flexible hours as needed, both in the office and on-site

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in Marketing or similar field (waived depending on years experience)

Demonstrated work experience in various social media platforms

Demonstrated ability with content management Systems

Solid knowledge and application of online content strategy

Proven ability to publish blogs and social copy via a portfolio

Demonstrated collaborative, organizational, and operational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects

Goal and deadline oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
