Job DescriptionMeet with clients to develop ongoing relationships.Program clients' needs and design criteriaCoordinate with other Project Managers and direct/support junior staff.Provide support to the Architect of Record and assist other office staff as needed.Construction production drafting.Provide Construction Administration

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as Architectural Project Manager of an Architectural firm or similar.Ability to understand and take a complete project from conceptual design through construction administration.Capable and willing to learn "office-specific" drafting protocols and standards.Experience working on commercial building projects.AutoCAD Architecture proficient in production drafting and willing to take a CAD test for employment.Knowledge of PlanGrid, Revit, Word, Excel and Sketchup helpful.Proficient with generating construction documents.Proficient with reviewing and processing construction submittals.Experience meeting with / presenting to clients.Knowledge and understanding of building codes.Able to navigate city websites to understand city submittal processes from Site Planning to Building permit approval.Ability to manage outside consultants for work, proposals, invoices, and review of consultants' work.
