Company Description
The Graphic Design Project Manager is tasked with receiving, organizing, and coordinating various projects requested by CCV ministries and teams. Someone in this role must work directly with ministry partners to collect project details, establish expectations and deadlines, and work directly with the Graphic Design team to ensure the partner's needs are met accordingly. The Graphic Design Project Manager reports directly to the Graphic Design Team Lead for weekly check-ins, progress updates, and troubleshooting.
Job Description
Essential Job FunctionsEnsure that all active projects have followed the appropriate ticketing processCollect project details and establish a realistic timeline with ministry partnersOrganize and maintain all projects details in the project management softwareAttend discovery meetings with ministry partners to gain/provide more clarity on projectsAssign projects and communicate project scope in weekly meetingsOversee project progress and notify stakeholders of any developments that may affect successful deliveryGather invoice coding and PO's to assist in the completion of monthly expense reportsCoordinate and maintain relationships with vendorsProvide excellent service to ministry partners through consistent relationship managementSeek new ways to streamline processes or ways to improve project organizationQualifications

Proficient with Project Management tools - Monday.com, Trello, Basecamp, ClickUp, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointFamiliarity with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign3+ years of administrative experienceFamiliarity with principals of project management - Systems, Stewardship, Quality Control, Stakeholders, Adaptation, Scope, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
