Graphic Designer is responsible for creating assets and brand collateral. Creating concepts that align with the business image and goals.

Duties (include but not limited to):

Design and layout print and electronic promotional collateral including brochures, flyers, postcards, advertisements and presentationsProvide excellent customer service and have a focus on meeting design deadlines in relation to requests from the sales field.Design assets that maintain company brand and compliance standardsDesign social media ads and maintain social media platformsDesign graphics for use inside of our Company CRM and Marketing Automation toolsWork closely with loan officers with specific marketing projects – often in conjunction with strategic partnersAssist with recurring task setup like employee on-boarding and new branch openingsAssist in the fulfillment of orders by editing, printing, shipping, and ordering as required.Provide assistance to the marketing department and corporate leadership as neededGeneral administrative and clerical supportOther duties as assignedQualifications:

High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communications preferred.Exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills, dynamic team player with positive attitude and ability to work quickly under deadlinesExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Primarily Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Demonstrable knowledge of design for digital, and traditional channelsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, and ExcelSolid knowledge of design and visual principles.Exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills, dynamic team player with positive attitude and ability to work quickly under deadlines.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills required.
