Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or related fieldMBA in Marketing requiredMinimum of 10 years of work experience in some or all of Marketing, Product Management, Sales, or Business Development.Minimum of 5 years of B2B Marketing experienceExperience managing direct reports-
this person will have 2-3 direct reportsExperience with commercializing new products & services with customersKnowledge of Packaging/ Food & Beverage/ Healthcare/ Consumer Products Goods industry including materials and manufacturing is preferred.Experience with Packaging SolutionsCustomer facing indvidualRole would involve 10% to 20% travel to other Winpak BU's, customers, trade shows and sales meetings.Proficiency in other languages such as French and/ or SpanishExpertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams programs and MRP software (Ex. Movex, SAP, Oracle)
