ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, consultants, and other platforms from which our products might be sold.Assist in the creation and oversight of marketing materials, website, client relationship management (CRM) systems and RFP’s.Manage team of Business Development Associates responsible for the sales and marketing of SIMG’s investment products.Spend time with the portfolio management team in order to fully understand our investment process and current investment strategies.Perform other duties as assigned by management.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisory responsibilities of Business Development AssociatesOversee the recruiting, hiring and training of Business Development staff.Working with managers and Human Resources, assist with discipline and termination of staff as required.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent10+ years of related experiencePrior management and supervisory experience preferredEquivalent combination of education and experience
