This role is critical in driving the sales and delivery of industrial guardrail products, contributing significantly to the growth of the product line.

Responsibilities

Design and execute the marketing strategies and vision for success.Build, onboard, and manage the sales and marketing team to generate qualified business opportunities.Own corporate forecasting process to meet/exceed monthly/annual revenue targets.Perform executive presentations including quarterly/annual business reviews.Guide the sales cycle to generate and close new and existing business opportunities across various distribution channels including dealer/distributor network, contractors, and end users.Administer CRM to facilitate all sales reporting including KPIs, pipeline management, customer engagement, revenue cycle analytics, and sales performance management.Foster long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and travel onsite as needed.Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns to increase organic lead flow and win rate.Manage advertising spending and lead source attribution to provide insight into ROI analysis and assist with third-party vendor management.Collaborate with other business units to increase company channel sales.Work with GM to manage pricing adjustments and discount strategies by current market conditions and gross margin objectives.Register with relevant trade organizations and attend events to promote the brand.Perform other specific tasks as requested by the General ManagerBe able to work collaboratively with the senior team for efficient interdepartmental handoffs that benefit the business and the customer.

Requirements

8+ years of sales leadership experience preferred.Degree in a related field, preferred.Ability to hire and onboard new staff.High work ethic with executive presence.Mechanical, mathematical aptitude.Highly motivated and innovative self-starter.Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and task completion.Willingness to pursue new or unproven ideas; ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.Experience with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new programs.Extensive knowledge of optimizing CRM and marketing automation tools, preferred.

Salary Range

$85K - $95K + Commissions
