THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE RUNNING THROUGH 2024 WITH A POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND.

REQUIREMENTS:• MBA degree preferred BA or equivalent experience required.• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and cross functional teams.• Highly organized showing attention to detail and with a proven ability for multi-project management• Highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action and focused on driving business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Execute B2B business and marketing strategy for the Clients Grab & Go business (Hot Pockets and Client Frozen Retail Culinary portfolios and Grab & Go Commissary strategy) including:• Develop and execute day-to-day tactical Product Marketing plans for the brands.• Execute communications and sales strategy leveraging industry insights, cross-functional team inputs, and sales data.• Manage Clients Hot Pockets portfolio including product innovation and renovation project management, digital shelf asset development, website and product web pages, sales tools (brochures, sell sheets, creative assets).• Utilize strong strategic and communication skills and ability to assemble and motivate cross-functional teams including channel marketing, PD, R&D, sales, finance and supply chain to accomplish product innovation, renovation, and go-to-market plans.• Partner with external agency on marketing strategy, asset development and marketing tactical execution.• Managing the marketing budget plans to align with business objectives and deliver clear ROI• Distributor marketing: collaborate with cross-functional team to analyze sales data and assess opportunities across distributor outlets, strategy development, and tactical execution.• Assess e-commerce opportunities and align with Clients digital team on executing a solution.• Sales Execution and Support• Collaborating with commercial development and sales operations to identify challenges and opportunities and developing plans to drive positive results.• Coordinate with sales operations team on lead generation process including follow-up, communication with leads, ensuring end-to-end ROI.• Developing brand messaging, training, and tools for sales to drive internal clarity and commitment. Updating Grab & Go sales tools (brochure, sell sheets, etc.) to reflect up-to-date insights, retail brand guidelines, target demographic data.• Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:• Minimum 5 years marketing experience required.• 2 years of experience in foodservice sales/marketing or equivalent preferred• Strong quantitative and project management skills.• New product development and launch experience.• Experience in interpreting insights and data to drive business and communications.• External agency management a plus• Digital Marketing experience a plus

SKILLS:• Software: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams• Strong conceptual skills and ability to translate complex business proposals into action.
