Our highly collaborative, entertainment industry focused, Tustin office is looking to add team members.

Utilizes appropriate communication techniques for positive collaboration.Accountable for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of assigned workCoordinates design details with production team; participates in document production, specifications and construction administration as assigned.Responsibility for design refinement of aspects of project, including team leadership.Develops technical solutions in support of design intent.Lead responsibility for work performed on smaller projects or aspects of larger projects under the direction of a licensed architect.Supports Project Designer or Project Manager on developing design concepts and solutions.Requirements

Authorized to work legally in the United States without restrictions.Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited program3+ years

progressive experience in the field of architectureEntertainment industry experience highly preferredLEED Accreditation a plusIn process with ARE/AXPPositive attitude, dependability, and willingness to work and grow in team environment.Proactive listenerTime efficient self-starter; enjoys fast paced project work.Working knowledge of:Building systems, detailing and technologyApplicable codes, regulations, and standardsDesign solution developmentDiffering building types and project delivery methodsProgramming and planning methodsProficiency with Revit and AutoCADWorking knowledge with InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopEffective verbal and written communication and presentation techniques

The approximate pay range for California is $70,000 to $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
