Vice President of Marketing, eCommerce About the Company Well-established healthcare manufacturer Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing, eCommerce to lead a large team and oversee a wide range of marketing and eCommerce activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's website, PIM, and DAM, as well as developing and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies, lead generation, and marketing automation. This role requires a strategic and tactical approach to ensure the clear articulation of the brand message and close collaboration with the Sales Team to enhance sales. The VP will also be tasked with building a content engine, product merchandising, pricing, and branding. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in managing eCommerce platforms and a deep understanding of market research. Applicants for the VP of Marketing, eCommerce position at the company should have a B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in digital marketing. A proven track record of success, particularly in tracking, analyzing, and measuring marketing program performance, is essential. The role also requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in building and managing a marketing and eCommerce team, as well as hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills, P&L experience, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are important. Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a strong plus. Responsibilities include leading the marketing team, developing and executing growth marketing strategies, and cultivating an inbound marketing engine. The VP will also be involved in managing the marketing budget, partnering with customer service and supply chain teams, and directing market research and analysis.
