SESAC Music Group is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This key role is for you if you are an administrative wiz interested in growing a career in human resources. The right person for this role will join us in providing exceptional employee experiences at SESAC, starting from the talent acquisition process and throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will understand human resources, provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and has a can-do attitude. This role is based in Nashville.

What You Will Be Doing:

Managing a high-volume of HR administration work and serving as point of contact for employees by answering questions related to policies, benefits, training, and other office administration/operations.Overseeing HRIS document management, compliance, and retention.Supporting talent acquisition by organizing, scheduling, and tracking employee interviews and other support functions.Conducting financial tasks such as creating purchase orders, track department expenses, complete expense reports and reconciling billings from benefits provides and other vendors.Administering employee benefits, including processing new enrollments, terminations, COBRA, disability, and worker’s compensation claims.Creating HR analytics reports related to new hires, headcount, turnover, etc.Collaborating on team projects and communications.Fostering a positive company culture and supporting DEI initiatives.Additional projects as assigned.What Makes Your Qualified:

1+ years of Human Resource or administrative experience.Strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.Sound judgement, ability to build trust and maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.Comfortable learning and working with new technologies/systems.A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help out wherever it is needed.A proven track record for developing and maintaining strong relationships.Knowledge of labor laws such as; FMLA, ADA, FLSA and their impact on business is a plus.

This is a hybrid role that will require you to commute to our Nashville office a minimum of three days a week.
