We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing Success to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in leading the development and organization of a national marketing success effort and will be a key leader in the creation and success of this initiative. The ideal candidate will work closely with corporate marketing SME's, Regional Leadership and local marketing leaders to encourage the adoption of marketing tools and resources that drive business growth. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, analytically minded and has experience motivating teams through collaboration, data and insights, and speed of delivery. Importantly, this leader has experience understanding the importance of marketing operations delivery and will play a pivotal role in helping individually operated businesses achieve business goals. You must have a servant leadership approach as you will consult, support and serve location marketing efforts. Acting as the primary point of contact with location marketing leaders, the Director, Marketing Success has expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with locations, understanding their needs and objectives.

Account Success:

Lead the organization and development of the Marketing Success initiative.Expand adoption and utilization of new tools and technologies offered by parent company.Collaborate with marketing SME's to develop turn-key marketing campaigns that are utilized by location marketing leaders.Increase the opt-in of turnkey, seasonal, or national-level campaigns and programs.Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among location marketing leaders to promote best practices and success stories.Design workshops, webinars, and sessions to enhance marketing skills and knowledge.Ensure adherence to certain corporate guidelines to mitigate potential risks. (privacy legislation, master services agreements)Program Execution:

Serve as primary conduit between corporate marketing SME's and location marketing leaders.Partner with the corporate digital performance team to implement recommended digital strategies and execution including paid and organic media, programmatic and social.Partner with corporate digital marketing team to grow adoption and utilization of digital platforms that drive website traffic and conversions.Partner with corporate marketing automation team to grow adoption and utilization of digital platforms that enable cross-sell, membership relations , and prospecting campaigns.Work with the marketing strategy team and media buying agency to implement strategies for omni channel marketing including TV, radio, out-of-home (OOH), text messaging, email, and direct mail, among others.Marketing Planning and Execution:

Support the development and execution of individual location marketing plans and provide guidance, insight and connection to corporate marketing SME's as appropriate.Be the conduit between corporate marketing, Regional Leadership and local marketing leaders to support revenue and EBITDA goals through marketing efforts.Provide Account Management to Regional leadership, location marketing leaders and corporate SME's to develop effective marketing strategies and plans that align with location goals.Budget Management:

Help support marketing leaders' budgeting mix through corporate resources and expertise.Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize return on investment.Performance and Growth:

Work closely with performance, creative, digital, and other Wrench Group departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts to drive growth and meet or exceed set revenue and EBITDA targets.Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with corporate SME's, Regional, and location leadership to implement best practices and innovative marketing solutions.Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice implementation across all locations.Agency Management and Accountability:

Help individual locations work with their agency partners to maximize results.Support efforts to hold agencies accountable for performance, business alignment and execution.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 15 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, including digital and traditional media.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and understand financial statements.Leadership experience with a collaborative approach to driving business results.Thought leader who is not afraid to get hands on to support the business while always proactively driving the larger strategy for the organization forward.
