Position Summary: The Designer is responsible for supporting multiple teams with communication of line changes, creating, and executing new designs from development to production, ensuring season completion in timely manner with all details addressed including all changes and adds.

Key Responsibilities:• In partnership with the creative director develop elevated, compelling, brand-right products for knits, woven tops, sweaters, dresses and men's line.• Develop from concept through production.• Create seasonal platforms - mood boards, color palette, prints, new fabrics, and bodies, ensuring aesthetic and design storytelling is threaded throughout, creating a cohesive product assortment that is visually arresting.• Partner with Tech Design and Product Development to approve fits to PP, understand garment engineering in order to drive exceptional fit consistency in the product.• Attend fittings, review prototypes• Ensure all design deadlines are met, promoting productivity while minimizing risks of delay• Build strong and synergistic relationships with cross-functional partners: Tech Design, Product Development, Graphics, Marketing, and Production.• Think innovatively at all stages of the creative, design and development process: research on a regular basis to be at the forefront of trends and shifts in the fashion landscapes, as well as all parallel and influential industries.• Lead creative research and concept of 4 annual collections including the development of fabric, color, and wash process.• Oversee category management and expansion• Partner with design and production departments to ensure that all products and designs are aligned with the values and goals of the organization• Understand company aesthetic and implement this throughout• Responsible for the organization and delivery of all relevant design

Position Requirements:• Degree in Fashion Design• 5 years' experience in Design, assisting a Creative Director• Strong knowledge of, and ability to work across, multiple product classifications • In-depth knowledge of fit and garment construction• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload with multiple deadlines• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills• Proficiency with Microsoft (excel, word, and outlook)• Experience with In-design and Adobe (Illustrator and Photoshop) software• Knowledge of Full Circle program• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
