team is seeking a

Senior Program Manager

who is motivated by the challenge of orchestrating and driving the delivery of

GenStudio

- a brand new “0 to 1” product for the company.

The role is an opportunity to define the end-to-end program objectives for the product in conjunction with the strategic vision defined by leadership.

The role will encompass a high visibility reporting

component

,

providing

a chance to work with leaders to define the key metrics for success, and then periodically track and update the team on how the program is tracking towards those goals. If you are

you'll

DoUnderstand the product’s overall scope and cross-functional structure of the execution team

Orchestrate

product reviews

with Sr. Leaders to report on progress to plan and update on selected topics.

Host and own release enablement checkpoints with

GenStudio

and stakeholder teams to formalize release content and drive readiness against pre-defined set of milestones and requirements.

Manage

prioritized

GenStudio

initiatives by setting up program structure, goals, timeline, milestones, and key collaborators' contribution. Facilitate planning and execution. Conduct signoff, and own reporting.

Orchestrate and execute beta programs with key customers for new product releases, ensuring valuable feedback is collected and integrated into the development process.

Support

GenStudio

business operations

programs like goal setting, quarterly business reviews, and pre/post-sales interlocks.

Build working

relationships

across the ecosystem to address business issues and define solutions.

Socialize the product plan and driven alignment across leadership and the execution teams

Create an efficient reporting structure that incorporates executive-level views into the overall project progress as well as the ability to

identify

key risks

Support the development of the GTM plan and packaging of the product by managing Bill-of-Materials (BOM) requirements

Foster a culture of openness,

visibility

and collaboration across the organization

What's

needed for successMinimum of BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields

5+ years of experience in project and program management of technical products

Confirmed ability to lead directly or through influence with stakeholders

Track record

of success with working across multiple teams to deliver products

Ability to scope projects, assess risks and formulate product roadmaps based on strategic goals

Strong communication

skills suited for written or verbal presentations at

different levels

of the organization

Proven history of being a self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing objectives

Experience with cross-functional areas such as product management, software engineering, product marketing, data science, legal, business model etc.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $123,400 -- $224,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
