Position Description

PIMCO is seeking a strategic and innovative candidate with strong business strategy and project management skills to lead our Creative Solutions group; a multidisciplinary creative team with oversight of PIMCO's design, copywriting, multimedia, and print production capabilities.

This role involves partnering with many stakeholders, including global Marketing and external agencies.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Build, manage and continuously evolve/optimize a client-first, best-in-class creative solutions model that delivers powerful creative and elevated results for our partners and firm in a cost-efficient wayLead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, providing clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to designers, copywriters, producers, and other talent to foster a collaborative and innovative environmentSet creative vision and direction for the firm; help to evolve/expand creative thinking and the firm's ecosystem of creative resources, tools, and metrics to support current and future goals and objectivesCollaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop client-centric concepts, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints and maintaining strong partnershipsUphold and implement brand standards to maintain a cohesive look, feel, and voice across all creative outputs, while also introducing innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement and brand messagingOptimize Creative Processes and Budgets; efficiently manage creative resources and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Adapt plans and priorities to meet business objectives and operational challengesChampion Innovation: stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and elevate creative offerings, acting as a thought leader in identifying opportunities for creative problem solving and brand alignmentCollaborate on Strategic Initiatives; work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy leads, and project managers, to define go-to-market strategies, conceptualize compelling creative concepts, and ensure alignment with client objectives and business goalsPosition Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in art, communications, marketing, or another related fieldProven experience managing a holistic creative solutions model (10-15+ years) within an agency or marketing departmentStrong leader who has demonstrated experience setting strategic direction, managing large (internal/external) teams and inspiring creative/design excellencePassion and demeanor to affect change and inspire early engagement and deep partnershipsExcellent track record for developing and applying new ideas, approaches and methods with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to pitch/sell highly conceptual ideasKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Figma plus Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and XDExperience working across, or having other exposure to, a number of geographic markets globallyKnowledge of/experience in Financial Services is preferred but not requiredProfessional Skills Requirements

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.

Salary Range: $ 202,000.00 - $ 275,000.00
