JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Marketing Manager will focus on driving insightful marketing experiences that enhance our customer relationship. This position will be responsible for mapping, understanding, and optimizing the customer journey across our suite of global ecommerce sites. While we are all customer first at SVP, this particular position will be responsible for constantly raising the voice of the customer across various experiences, including our loyalty and refer a friend program, our buy online/pick up in store customer experience, and our review pipeline in a way that further enhances our loyal customer base.

Job Responsibilities

Drive adoption and participation in our loyalty marketing program across all channels to foster customer engagement, retention and advocacyResponsible for growing and managing the loyalty program, building out feature enhancements and optimizations as needed, conducting in-depth analysis, and coordinating fulfillment across our eCommerce ecosystemResponsible for mapping and optimizing the online customer journey for our suite of global websitesIdentify and communicate customer level insights that lead to impactful audience segmentation for our customer acquisition teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teammates to launch and manage our buy online, pick up in store operation from a customer experience perspectiveManage our review pipeline, collaborating with our Customer Experience stakeholders to direct volume where needed

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field is requiredMinimum of 3 years in digital marketing and strategy across multiple channelsUnderstanding of basic UI/UX principles preferredCustomer first mindset with a keen understanding of the consumer journey, how to map it, and how to optimize itUnderstanding of ecommerce basics as well as loyalty and refer-a-friend programsKnowledge of the digital marketing funnel and how to move prospects through itKnowledge of lifecycle marketing and how to utilize various tools, including email and sms, for maximum post-purchase engagementAbility to tell the customer story and effectively present to internal groupsAbility to organize and track data for data driven decision making as well as create simple dashboards for leadershipExcellent communication skills (written & oral) and a strong level of personal organizationMust be detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks is required

You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeCommunicate effectively with customers through multiple forms of technology, including telephone and computer. Must be able to receive and convey informationRequired to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds
