Need help with designing kitchens and bathrooms!
I need an interior designer ready to take it up a level in the Atlanta, GA area.
If you love designing kitchen and bath spaces, this is for you. This is what you will need to do.
Responsibilities:Work with clients to develop their vision for their kitchen and bath spacesDevelop project designs, drawings, and specifications in accordance with client needs, budget, and project timelinesManage and oversee all aspects of project development, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and project quality controlCommunicate project progress and status with clients and other stakeholdersCollaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project successEnsure that project designs and documentation are in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulationsConduct site visits to ensure compliance with design intent and specificationsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designersQualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design of single family residential kitchens and bathsStrong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fixtures used in kitchen and bath designProficient in ArchiCADStrong communication, leadership, and project management skillsFamiliarity with building codes, regulations, and standardsRegistered architect preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a team
