Marketing Director

City Lifestyle is looking for an experienced and results driven Marketing Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the overall company's marketing strategy. This includes marketing for the recruitment of highly qualified franchise owners as well as the development of our new digital ads strategy for our current print customers. A well organized, detail oriented individual with a proven ability to initiate activity and see projects through to a timely completion would succeed in this full-time, in-office role based in Kansas City, MO.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork with our recruiting team to enhance our marketing program to find great, qualified candidates for future publicationsImprove our volume of candidates signing / month while reducing our overall cost / candidateLeading in the planning and execution of the needed digital assets to build strong affirmation of a franchise opportunityDevelop a marketing plan to support publishers in promoting and selling our new digital ads programOversee the planning, team and systems development needed to support the efforts noted aboveHelping to continue building the overall City Lifestyle (CL) brand at a national levelSkills, Traits, and Job RequirementsStrong digital marketing experience is highly desiredProven track record of reaching a targeted audienceExperience in digital advertising via MetaAbility to adapt to growth within our rapidly expanding company.
