Our innovative tech client is looking to bring on a Production Designer for their Events Teams.They are ideally seeking a skilled Mid-Level Production Designer with a keen eye for typography. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in typography and resizing designs across various formats. This role involves applying existing designs to numerous different assets and ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout.

Key Responsibilities:Design Application:

Apply pre-existing designs to multiple different assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality.Resizing & Formatting:

Resize and adjust designs to fit different formats and specifications across various versions.Typography:

Utilize extensive typography skills to ensure all text elements are visually appealing and correctly formatted.Production Execution:

Efficiently produce and modify assets using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.Quality Control:

Review and proof all design materials before production to ensure they are error-free and meet the highest quality standards.Asset Management:

Maintain and organize design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.Feedback Integration:

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a production design role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.Typography Expertise:

Extensive experience in typography, ensuring all text elements are visually appealing and correctly formatted.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Efficiency:

Ability to crank through assets and modifications quickly and accurately.Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality, error-free designs.Adaptability:

Ability to adjust designs across various formats and versions without compromising quality.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
