The primary responsibility of the Marketing Assistant II within The Manely Firm, PC is to oversee the Defendant Letter Marketing Campaign along with any other Firm Direct Mail procedures needed. Also, to relieve the Marketing Director and other designated staff of marketing tasks so the Director can concentrate on higher value tasks, and other staff can focus on their specific areas of responsibility.PRIMARY JOB DUTIES include, but are not limited to:Oversee and execute Defendant Letter Marketing Campaign by pulling and mailing a minimum of 13 DL's every day.Assist Marketing Assistant by Maintaining Review System and ensuring all review-able sites (Google for all locations, Facebook for all locations, Yelp, Glass Door, etc.) are current and healthy.Manage Attorney Networking registration for Chamber, Global Atlanta, Super Lawyers etc. networking events Maintain attorney business card contacts from networking events.Manage and update Domestic Newsletter mailing list quarterly.Stay up to date with social media connections and invitations.Keep and organize all log-in information for Attorneys Marketing sites (Super Lawyers, Law Info, AVVO, Justia, etc.)Track revenue billed, revenue collected, asset value by zip code for DL's.Oversee and coordinate holiday card distribution so all cards are in the mail by Dec. 10 each year.Assist with maintaining and executing marketing materials and campaigns for targeted audiences, including:1.Assist in creating and copy marketing materialsanize and maintain marketing materials in an organized manner when not being used so accessible to the Marketing DirectorAssist with overseeing phone team and ensure Voice Mails during business hours are reduced to no more that 1 per day - 2% for the month.Keep abreast of the Firm's social calendar and ongoing and upcoming projects and programs to inform prospective clients and to answer questions from staff.Participate in all needed weekly staff meetings with the Marketing Director and lead by example with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.Comply with all rules and regulations as stated in the Firm's Policies and Procedures.Coordinate, research, and removal of negative/inappropriate client reviews.IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing, or one to three years of experience executing marketing related tasks.The Manley Firm provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
