ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Event Marketing Coordinator to support our premier cloud computing client's Public Sector Global Events team. The role is fully remote and starts as a 6-month contract opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive marketing programs to build brand awareness and adoptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams and regional teams to ensure the delivery of high-impact, relevant, and cohesive messaging across all event-related contentManage production and delivery of event deliverables related to content development, customer coordination, operational execution and reportingCreate comprehensive event project plans, conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners, and escalate risks and challenges appropriatelyProvide editorial reviews of various content types across the organizationWork effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize workRequired Skills:
3+ years of experience in event planning/operations, content coordination and reporting.Proficiency with MS productivity tools, such as Excel, Word, PowerPointExperience with project tracking tools.Excellent writing/editorial skills.Familiarity with cloud technologies or technology event experience, preferred.
