Our non-profit client, who mentors women at all career levels in their professional growth, is seeking a part-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to play a key role in advancing the organization's mission through effective social media marketing strategies. The role will work virtually, approximately 10 hours per week in an ongoing contract.

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will leverage your digital expertise to enhance marketing efforts across various social channels. This role involves managing social media platforms, executing email newsletter campaigns, and administering HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate is not only well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends, with strong editorial skills, but is also driven by a commitment to making a positive impact in the non-profit sector. He/she will have good communication skills and be confident interacting with members of the Board on matters relating to our digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create and execute compelling social content for Instagram and LinkedIn posts.Gather and create content for posting/email newsletters.Utilize Canva design skills to create marketing assetsMonitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.Track results and create a monthly report with recommendations.Oversee HubSpot CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.Generate workflows in HubSpotQualifications:

Digital Marketing qualification from a recognized marketing institutionBachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in social media content creation and community management.Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and administration.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Passion for the mission and values of supporting the non-profit's mission.
