And of course, keeping up speed with quick deadlines is key to our collective success.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute PR and communications strategies that align with Halara's brand positioning and business goals;- Manage sample sendouts to media partners to drive coverage and engagement;- Collaborate with the social media team to co-own the upper-funnel influencer database, ensuring alignment across channels;- Work with external PR agencies to own Halara's own PR database and strategy;- Own the brand communications calendar and ensure that all actionable items related to it are aligned across teams and executed on time;- Collaborate with the creative team to identify opportunities for brand messaging and ensure that all brand communications are consistent across channels;- Identify and opportunity for PR and communications efforts to drive traffic and sales for Halara;- Cultivate relationships with key media outlets and influencers to maintain strong relationships;- Evaluate the success of PR and communications initiatives, including data-driven reporting and analysis;- Attend and manage events related to brand communications and PR efforts;- Manage project timelines and ensure all teams are executing on their responsibilities on time.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field required;- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or communications;- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once;- Experience with stakeholder management, including customers, employees, media, and influencers;- Knowledge of social media and content creation;- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of communications initiatives;- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on tactical initiatives quickly and efficiently.
