As a Branded Experience Web Designer at TechTarget, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our web presence using tools like Webflow and WordPress. You will collaborate with our marketing and development teams to create engaging and responsive web experiences. While the primary focus will be on UX and visual design, this role does require technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive web experiences using Webflow and WordPress.Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create visually striking, highly engaging web pages, features, sites, etc. to grow traffic and stickiness.Ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.Maintain and update existing websites to improve usability and performance.Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.Use best practices to optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.Apply UI/UX principles to enhance user engagement and interaction on websites.Build and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.3 to 5+ years of experience in web design, demonstrating a solid foundation in design principles and proficiency with relevant tools.Proficiency in Webflow and/or WordPress for website design and development.Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD.Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.Familiarity with web design best practices and current trends.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of UX and UI design principles.Nice to Have

Knowledge of SEO best practices and principles.Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
