College training in information technology will substitute for the required experience on the basis of fifteen semester hours for six months of experience. College training will only be credited in 15 semester hour increments.2. Both independently and as part of an account team, works to successfully discern, review, draft, analyze, capture, and execute customer design requirements.15% Maintains a current working knowledge of industry and State-specific standard graphic design practices, including agency branding guidelines and other specific requirements.
