As part of the Creative Partnerships team, the Activation team executes client campaigns from local to global networks and platforms within the Broadcast, Lifestyle, News, Sports and Hispanic networks, Strategic Partnerships, Universal Pictures, Parks, Comcast and Sky Media. As the Coordinator, you will report to the Director within the Development, Activation team.

As a Coordinator, you will have a focus on sold client campaigns and will support NBCUniversal’s Activation team. You will work with Clients, Sales, Planning, Creative Partnerships, research, finance, legal teams, etc. – tapping into all programs, brands, and innovative capabilities across NBCU’s portfolio – across linear, digital, streaming, social and experiential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Post-sale process: Support the execution of multi-platform / multi-genre campaign packages sold to advertisers and ensuring that all stakeholders are consistently informed and adhering to the terms of the partnership

Assist with importing and managing project timelines, supporting various work streams, and updating post-sale materials and trackers

Collect and organize client-related materials to be client-facing, such as creating external presentations, sending calendar invites, drafting external agendas and managing client assets

Support the development of post-campaign materials including recap decks, case studies, video sizzles, etc. (if applicable)

Attend meetings, summarize notes to internal working teams

Support in managing communications with internal teams, such as Legal, Ad Ops and Research

Administer invoices and work directly with Ad Sales Finance and Sales to manage client billing for partnerships

Support activation trainings, status documents, trackers and support with ad hoc + administrative needs of the larger team

Gain an understanding of NBCU's networks, programming and capabilities

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience

1+ years of professional experience at an advertising, branded content, media agency, media company or sales organization OR Senior Level executive support

Skilled in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs – Outlook / Word / Excel / SharePoint

Eligibility Requirements

Must be willing to work in New York, NY in a hybrid capacity

Willingness to work overtime

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Must be 18 years or older

Additional Requirements

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary Range: $55,000 - $57,000
