We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in the entertainment industry. The Creative Coordinator will work within the Creative Advertising department which oversees the A/V and Print campaigns for all Universal Pictures theatrical releases. The individual in this position will interact and coordinate with other employees in the department as part of a creative team reporting to the EVP of Creative Advertising.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to the EVP, including scheduling, covering phones and expenses

Prepares creative materials for in-person meetings, virtual meetings and electronic communications, including downloadable links, Keynote slides, PDFs, and Quicktime files

Runs point on campaign budgets, purchase orders, contracts and billing

Tracks, ingests, organizes, and updates all incoming creative assets from vendors

Creates, manages, watermarks, and distributes outgoing creative assets for review

Interfaces with other departments for gathering and dissemination of campaign information

Coordinates with the Creative Operations teams for technical needs and requests

Orchestrates delivery of secure feature film assets to outside creative agency vendors

Researches and compiles past and present competitive advertising content

Handles confidential information and materials regarding not-yet released films

Corresponds with C-suite executives, external agencies and filmmakers

Maintains fluency in all manners of the team’s work in order to update other departments and actively participate in campaign discussions

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years relevant administrative experience

Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Adobe

Eligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics:

2+ years film industry experience

Prior administrative experience working in the entertainment industry, especially film, TV, publicity, promotions or agency

Bachelor's Degree preferably in film, marketing/business or communications

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary Range: $50,000 - 55,000 (Not bonus eligible)
