Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness.Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, including monthly and weekly budget allocations.Ensure effective utilization of the marketing budget to optimize return on investment (ROI) and margin delivered to the business.Monitor the performance of all marketing channels, including email, paid search, SEO, affiliate, social media, and more.Reallocate spending across channels as needed to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct daily reviews of site and channel performance during morning production calls, highlighting large orders for the Corporate Sales Team, identifying orders needing special attention or system issues, and sharing promotional plans with the Operations team.Facilitate weekly business reviews, updating weekly, monthly, and year-to-date (YTD) demand and shipped revenue results across all business lines.Collaborate with different departments (e.g., Finance, E-Commerce, and Merchandising) to set the channel and site promotional calendar.Manage relationships with marketing agencies and platforms to align marketing efforts with site and promotional plans.Oversee new partner onboarding processes, including legal documents (NDA, MSA, SOWs), finance setup, and success criteria.Review and approve all marketing-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.Provide executive oversight of search agencies on partner websites (e.g., Amazon, CostCo).Manage and mentor the Marketing team members, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.Ideal Candidate Experience/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership role.Proven track record of driving growth in a direct-to-consumer business.Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring and budget management.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience managing multiple marketing agencies and platforms.Familiarity with e-commerce marketing strategies and tools.
