Our major tech client is looking for a

UI/UX Designer

to translate complex workflows into UIs that are intuitive and delight their users, owning the process from the early-stage concepts all the way through delivery and success measurement.

The perfect candidate will partner with stakeholders and the extended product team to decide what many of the next-generation products and services will look and behave like on the first-party device ecosystem. As an influential design lead on the product team, you will inform our design activities via in depth user research, partner outreach, and iterative implementation and analysis. You will identify opportunities, problem-solve, and create engaging experiences for millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:Create elegant and intuitive user experiences by incorporating user insights, business requirements, and technical constraintsLead the design planning and strategic phases of a project. Proactively pitch new CX ideas backed by strong, well-articulated rationaleQuickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with detailed and scalable visual design specifications for web and mobile interfaces throughout the design processIndependently deliver design solutions for problems of large scope and complexity. Work through ambiguity and adapt your approach to meet the needs of multiple stakeholdersBe a champion for user-centered design by testing your solutions in front of users. Be willing to build lightweight prototypes, and independently conduct quick user testingPresent design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership.Contribute to design team principles & libraries, as well as development best practicesDevelop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency of the projectsBasic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), visual communication, or equivalent professional experience8+ years of professional work experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, brand designer, or similar design-related roleAn online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience in user-centered design solutions and product design innovation, which illustrate solving multi-platform UX challenges and demonstrate scalable, user-friendly design solutionsHigh degree of proficiency in a variety of design and prototype tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Principle, Framer and the Adobe Creative SuitePreferred qualifications :

Ability to collect, synthesize and react to feedback from the team leads, product leads and engineering leadsExperience designing user interfaces on mobile devicesExperience developing a design language and system that uses visuals, motion and sound in concertExcellent time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when neededFluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54.06 to $60.07/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
