To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (enovo.com/) .**Description and Requirements**As part of Lenovo’s North America eCommerce organization, the eCommerce Email Marketing Sr. Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns that generate awareness, consideration, revenue, and build customer loyalty for the critical segments, including consumer, SMB, students, & gamers. The ideal candidate will possess demand generation experience, from defining the growth strategy to operationalizing it tactically. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, agencies, and other internal groups to develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns. The position will drive the direct lifecycle engagement programs via email and other direct communication channels through relevant messaging and offer strategies. The individual must be a motivated self-starter and team-player who is able to work collaboratively and take projects from strategy through to execution with a high attention to detail, coupled with innovative, creative thinking.**Responsibilities:**+ Define the overall email marketing strategy across the relevant business segment+ Create and plan highly engaging email campaigns to align with the NA eCommerce promotional calendar, including template designs, data personalization, copy, and calls-to-action+ Ensure design, branding, and tone are consistent across all integrated email campaigns+ Carry out segmentation of the database and implement targeted, strategic messaging, including A/B testing+ Ensure email campaigns comply with current email laws and industry best practices+ Utilize Lenovo’s marketing automation platform and maximize its impact upon Lenovo’s demand generation efforts+ Lead email test strategies and methodologies to identify attributes of successful copy, offers, content types, and delivery tactics, and when required, refine strategies based upon findings+ Oversee and QA email campaign end-to-end workstream to ensure all elements of the campaign are accurate prior to launch (design, development, and scheduling)+ Manage tracking and reporting of campaign performance against defined benchmarks to present to the North America eCommerce team+ Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email**Position Qualifications:****Basic:**+ Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or business+ 5+ years of experience and proven track record of executing successful B2C or B2B direct email marketing programs**Preferred:**+ Extensive experience using marketing and sales technology, including marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Bluecore) and reporting platforms (Adobe)+ Database management experience preferred+ SMS and/or push notification experience a plus+ Strong attention to detail and results oriented+ Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and quantitative skills+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and a creative mindset+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player+ The ideal candidate would be a resourceful, self-motivated individual willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed+ Candidates must have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills_We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class._**Additional Locations** :* United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville* United States of America* United States of America - North Carolina* United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville
