Maxxon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our downstream product marketing initiatives and support sales enablement efforts. This role focuses on developing deep customer and competitive insights, leveraging technical product knowledge to coordinate the delivery of product collateral, and shaping go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. The ideal candidate will integrate deep marketing expertise with customer insights and strategic acumen to craft comprehensive product marketing plans. These plans are designed to foster market adoption and drive the success of our product portfolio, both strategically and tactically

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Audience Insights:

Engage with target audiences to gain voice of customer (VOC) insights through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.Analyze audience feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify needs, preferences, and pain points.Develop and share detailed audience personas, competitor intelligence updates, and market trends to guide marketing strategies.

Product Positioning:

Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value proposition of Maxxon's products for each audience.Ensure product messaging resonates with target audiences and addresses key customer pain points.Maintain a product messaging toolkit to support effective omni-channel campaign execution by audience.

New Product Development:

Participate in the new product development process with Sales, R&D, and Operations to understand target audiences, and product features/ benefits.Lead the marketing readiness initiatives for successful new product launches, aligning go- to-market strategy with business goals as part of the new product development stage gate process.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

Leverage market and audience insights to align with sales on the development of go-to- market strategies and integrated product marketing plans.Support a full range of product marketing needs from launch to ongoing demand generation including events, advertising, sales enablement resources and campaigns to drive leads and measurable marketing KPIs.

Tracking and Optimizing Campaign Performance:

Work in partnership with digital marketing strategist and agency partners to develop and implement strategies to optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.Collaborate with marketing team to refine targeting strategies and creative approaches based on performance metrics.Generate regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine messaging, targeting, and other campaign elements.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Collateral Development &

Oversight :

Lead the development and maintenance of product marketing and sales enablement materials, including guides, training materials, sell sheets, product description pages, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, labels, packaging, and other technical resources.Create and maintain essential sales tools such as presentations, case studies, and product comparison guides to effectively support the sales team.Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to communicate product value propositions clearly and effectively.Ensure all materials are up-to-date and accurately reflect our products, managing version control and updates efficiently to maintain consistency and relevance.

Continuous Improvement:

Regularly assess and enhance our product marketing resources (audience personas, competitive intelligence, product messaging toolkit) and processes.Explore and implement innovations for improving the management, updating, and archiving of product collateral and technical support documents, streamlining workflows, and embracing new technologies.Develop product marketing tools and processes to support product and sales information needs of field sales, dealers and distributors, channel partners, and other target audiences.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.7+ year experience with a proven track record of success in product marketing and/or product management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving product innovation.Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and product success.Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
