The Web Designer will work on web marketing projects in our Frisco, TX office. Responsibilities include website creation, landing page development, e-mail campaign creation, custom HTML/CSS development and launching web projects while working with an energetic team in a casual, fun environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing websites using HTML5 and CSS3 on a PC.Provide technical guidance on developing "search engine-friendly" websites.Design websites for client, company and agent approval or modification.Must be able to take constructive criticism and adapt to business goals as it pertains to corporate desired outcomes.Work with a team of creative and diverse individuals who work hard and play hard.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, web standards and best practicesHTML best practices for email creativeIn-depth knowledge of the Bootstrap framework and other RWD methodologiesKnowledge of JavaScript/JQuery and Search Engine Optimization are a plusSome programming skills desired (we utilize .NET/Angular), but not requiredEducation, Experience and Software:

Bachelor’s degree in web design or relevant experience2+ years of verifiable HTML5/CSS3 experienceRequired software: Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Bootstrap 3 and 4Optional, but preferred software: Adobe XD, Figma or similar rapid prototyping systemWorkZone, BaseCamp or similar project management softwareMailChimp, SendGrid or similar email platformCRM Experience – HubSpot preferred
