Position Summary
Support the activities and operations of the shop service desk; prepare documents necessary for the activities and operations of the fleet division including invoices and work orders; assist vendors and customers with invoice and fleet inquiries; maintain the data information systems for the Department and perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.

Education directly related to the minimum requirements below may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
High school diploma or GED;
and
Three (3) years of experience maintaining, processing and retrieving records and preparing reports.
Maintaining, processing and retrieving records and preparing reports within a fleet management operation preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.Preferred Knowledge
Operations, services and activities of a fleet maintenance programModern and complex principles and practices of computer information systemsModern office procedures, methods and equipment including computersBasic mathematical principlesPertinent Federal, State, and local laws, codes and regulationsPreferred Skills & Abilities
