The Opportunity

The Marketing Assistant will assist the Director of Global Marketing on all core projects to support the Ecommerce, Retail and Wholesale Teams.

What you'll get to do

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. The Manager as necessary may assign other duties.Assist Director of Global Marketing on all core projects to support the Ecommerce, Retail and Wholesale Teams.Manage new vendor creation, purchase orders and payment tracking for marketing and communications programs using SAP.Assist with updating copy decks for email newsletters, global marketing calendar, weekly agendas, digital asset organization, and creation of marketing tools.Participate in organization of Ecommerce & Social Content photo and video shoots.Contributing to brand marketing initiatives from beginning to end. This includes digital projects such as competitive research, media analyses, and runway show preparation.Create assets for social media and websiteWe'd love to meet you if you have

College degree required. BA degree in marketing or related fieldExperience: Internship(s) with fashion/luxury brand(s)Strong organization and computer skills, including MS OfficeBasic knowledge of Photoshop (required)Basic knowledge of InDesign (preferred)Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, high level of accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishUnderstanding of fashion industry (trends, best practices, competitive landscape), proficiency in social media, basic photography, image & video editing, and graphic design skills, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsA few things you'll love about us
