The Opportunity

The Media and Communications Manager is responsible for leading all US editorial strategies, building influencer relationships, media planning, partnering with Fashion and aligning to an overall go to market strategy. The Manager will develop strong relationships with key beauty media, industry leaders and influencers while partnering internally and externally to drive public relations, media and influencer programs to enhance our brand positioning and build brand awareness/credibility in the US market for the Niche brands: Christian Louboutin Beauty, Dries Van Noten, Penhaligon's, and L'Artisan Parfumeur.

What you'll get to do

Digital Marketing Strategy• Develop go-to-market strategies for Puig brands, aligning with internal teams and agencies.• Ensure consistency in brand storytelling and equity across markets.• Drive best-in-class strategies for the USA market.• Identify marketplace trends and insights to refine brand positioning.• Collaborate with other departments to meet overall business needs.• Manage day-to-day budget execution and maintain relationships with beauty editors and influencers.Influencer• Develop and implement influencer strategies across social channels.• Create tiered approaches for talent partnerships.• Plan and execute launch events and track campaign performance.• Ensure activations align with global brand guidelines.• Recruit, contract, and manage influencers for campaigns.• Collaborate with Global on launch initiatives and product seeding.Public Relations• Develop communication plans to increase brand awareness through press, events, and collaborations.• Drive editorial strategies to enhance brand exposure.• Manage press events and deliver monthly reporting to global brands.Media• Develop and execute omni-channel media plans.• Challenge media agency to improve digital media efficiency.• Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess performance against goals.• Manage financial planning and budget allocation across media platforms.Content• Lead content strategies and request specific content aligned with marketing goals.• Coordinate content shoots in partnership with Global brands.• Manage content approvals and feedback alignment with global teams.

We'd love to meet you if you have• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.• 5 years minimum Digital Marketing experience.• Proven track record in executing 360 plans across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.• Strong grasp of media data/research sources.• Demonstrated ability to build brand awareness through effective messaging and storytelling.• Extensive experience implementing digital communication strategies and analyzing ROI.• Proficiency in managing and negotiating with external partners (Agents, talent, vendors).• Up-to-date knowledge of trending influencers and pop culture.• Understanding of Digital Media landscape, KPIs, and key digital partners.• Excellent verbal communication skills and innovative thinking.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.• Creative problem solver who excels in a fast-paced environment.• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Demonstrates a positive attitude, maturity, and strong presence.

Compensation Data

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000.00 - $115,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure. In addition to the base salary, PUIG offers a competitive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays, a generous paid time-off policy, hybrid work environment, and career opportunities within a dynamic team.
