Logik.io is seeking a Events Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving demand and delivering pipeline to fuel our next stage of growth. The ideal candidate should be relentlessly focused on creating exceptional event experiences and have a history of activating targeted campaigns, programs, and events across various sales segments.

The Events Marketing Manager will own events and webinars at Logik.io, and will be chiefly responsible for creating unique experiences that represent the Logik.io brand, supporting the sales team, and generating qualified leads from these channels. The primary goal of this role is to generate qualified pipeline from events, webinars, and other field activities. This highly cross-functional role requires building strong relationships within the marketing team and with leaders from Sales.

One moment you're organizing the front desk at an event, the next you're pitching a prospect who walked up to the booth, later that afternoon, you're writing a follow up sequence so that the in-person connections made don't get lost.What you'll do:

Drive the development and execution of high-impact events, webinars, and other field marketing activities that contribute to lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.Develop and implement demand-generation focused field marketing programs, including events, sponsorships, industry events, and QBRsPartner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and BDRs to align field marketing strategies with sales priorities.Create the field marketing roadmap- own the creation of the calendar for events, webinars, and other field marketing activitiesIdentify event sponsorship opportunities that support strategic company goals and pipeline goals. Be chiefly responsible for suggesting new event opportunitiesWork cross functionally to identify co-marketing opportunities for field programs such as webinars, events, speaking sessions, etc.Identify opportunities for high-impact hosted events such as executive roundtables, pipeline acceleration dinners and happy hours, and more.Plan, execute, scale, and optimize hyper-targeted field marketing campaigns to deliver on our aggressive pipeline goals and support expansion within our current prospect, pipeline and customer base.Forecast, measure, and analyze event and webinar campaign performance, optimizing strategies as needed.Collaborate with content, sales, and customer success teams to source speakers for event sessions and curate talk tracks that lead to high impact sessionsBuild a strong partnership with sales leadership and ensure all field marketing programs accelerate deal velocity.Optimize the budget for ROI. Consistently be on top of field marketing spend and ROI for individual events/campaigns as well as holistic channel performance.Track and accelerate MQL to Pipeline conversion for events and webinars
