Denver Studio.Develops overall design for projectDirects staff to complete design and technical drawingReviews design and technical drawing of other more junior designersReview of engineering drawings to ensure they comply with design solutionWorks with technical staff to resolve inconsistencies in drawingsResearches and selects fixtures and finishes to use for projectsObtain client approval and ensure integration into overall designProduces, reviews and finalizes space plans for projectsDevelops and delivers overall design and furniture packagesReviews and produces final cost estimatesManages overall design budgetManages the work of other DesignersQualifications:Graduate of architecture or design school: equivalent experience may be substituted5+ years' experience in corporate interior/workplace design projectsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of design principles and aestheticsKnowledge of space planning methodologyKnowledge of furnishings and finishesAdvanced sketching and rendering skillsSome knowledge of CDs and proceduresSome knowledge of building systems, codes and ADA requirementsIntermediate/Advanced Revit skillsAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
