A SR Communications, Creative and Engagement Manager leads the company's Communications, Creative and Engagement strategies across the organization driving company initiatives. This role is part of the Human Resources and Communications team.

Here's more of what you will do... (OK, not all in one day!)A Director of Marketing Communications can be expected to perform the following tasks in this role as a routine part of their job:

Leads the development of the Marketing Communications, Creative, Social Media and Community Events Marketing strategies ensuring integration with overall company strategy and anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities.

Develops long term and short term strategies, objectives and plans for effective marketing communications initiatives.Ensures marketing communications and creative alignment with strategic priorities.Oversees internal and external Communications strategy and Andrews' Creative brand strategy through collaboration and guidance of internal stakeholders, project managers and external agencies and partners.Oversees Community Events Marketing strategy and event execution through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders ensuring the highest level of professionalism representation of the Company's image.Communicates overall strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision and values; clarifies the actions needed to implement it; motivates adoption to achieve the organization's business goals.Gathers and reports on insights using data analytics to help inform strategic approaches and to measure the effectiveness of strategies ensuring defined objectives are met.Seeks growth opportunities that align with the company's strategic priorities and initiatives.Provides regular counsel and insight to leadership, subject-matter experts, and team members to develop complex effective strategies and tactics in support of enterprise strategic initiatives.Serves as a key influencer and integrator of strategic objectives across the enterprise.Maintains a command of company strategies and possesses in-depth knowledge of marketing communications industry issues and trends, and actively seeks to link those issues to ongoing or emerging team member and/or public marketing communications opportunities.Partners with Leadership to support public relations in the development and implementation of all communications to include crisis management, legislative, regulatory and litigation communications.Manages message development and builds relationships with third-party groups.

Provides regular counsel and insight to Leadership, subject-matter experts, and team members to develop complex effective Marketing Communications, Creative and Community Event Marketing strategies and tactics in support of enterprise strategic initiatives.Oversees the development and delivery of the Company's Marketing Communications and Social Media systems and processes.

Leads overall Company Communications plan development and execution oversight for all stakeholders.Drives the ideation, design and implementation of compelling communication plans, campaigns and messages across a variety of mediums that resonate with and engage desired audience to achieve desired business results.Leads the company's social media strategy and platforms ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.Develops long term and short-term objectives and plans for effective initiatives.Develops and manages annual departmental budget.Ensures Communications initiatives align with overall company standards and practices.Leads and directs the Communications team in support of all Company Communications programs initiatives and processes.Prioritizes complex communication projects and ensures they support enterprise plans and team member engagement.Manages the end-to-end internal communications process, to include information gathering, audience analysis, communication goal identification, message development, execution, and gathering feedback to inform future communication.Oversees the day-to-day administration of team member intranet, BrewView. Includes evaluation and maintenance of platform, updating existing content, developing content for and designing pages to support organizational needs.Leads and develops all executive communication support.Oversees internal department Communications strategies; works collaboratively with department leaders to meet business communications needs.Partners with Human Resources leadership providing expertise and guidance on HR communication initiatives and deliverables.Manages the design integrity of all company communication platforms and intranet site.Manages the creation of communication materials, including messaging, Q&As and other collateral, representing the corporate voice authentically.Collaborates with the Project Management office in support of communication planning and development for organizational projects.Leads the creation of biannual company newsletter, Celebration; including content development, design coordination and fulfillment/distribution.Responsible for digital channel performance reporting; performance and effectiveness.Leads the development of partnering relationships with leadership building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust ensuring internal stakeholders have access to high-quality advice, guidance and support.

Identifies and manages internal and external stakeholders understanding their needs, issues, and concerns; develops stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions.Guides the implementation of policy, design and implementation of projects and change initiatives.Collaborates with Leadership and internal teams to support positive business outcomes, protect and enhance the company's reputation and drive team member engagement.Collaborates with cross-functional partners across the company to implement scalable processes for extending the brand identity across all customer touchpoints.Manages key vendor relationships, working to extract maximum value.Develops and partners with external stakeholders in the creation of Marketing Communication campaigns and documents.Manages agency relationships and freelance creative resources and talent as needed.Leads external stakeholder communication and relations.Leads and directs the Marketing Communications, Creative, Social Media and Community Events Marketing teams in the production of all internal communications, product designs, marketing collateral and engagement programs.

Mentors, coaches and develops team members.Collaborates and connects with leadership to ensure team alignment with company initiatives and strategic direction.Manages project assignments for team and acts as liaison between leadership and teams.Provides individual development and coaching as needed.Leads the development of partnering relationships with leadership building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust ensuring internal stakeholders have access to high-quality advice, guidance and support.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role...

Eight Plus Years of Progressively Responsible Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Design or Other Related Field Experience; Preferably in the CPG IndustryBachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English or Other Related FieldExperience in Translating Business Objectives into Integrated Communication and/or Creative Strategies and Tactics that Drive Business PerformanceAdvanced Level Project Management and Collaboration ExperienceThree Plus Years of Experience Leading Interdisciplinary Teams Through Strategy and Execution; Previous Supervisory ExperienceExcellent Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation Skills; Advanced Writing and Editing SkillsExpert Knowledge of MS Office, AP Style and Social Media Monitoring and RespondingHere's what we hope you will have...
