GSK is looking for a Global Marketing Director, who will be responsible for the leading the development of brand plans for GSK's lead asset in Oncology and significantly improve patient outcomes in Multiple Myeloma. As

Sr. Director Global Marketing

within the Multiple Myeloma team, you will be responsible for the development, ongoing refinement and implementation of brand plans for our BCMA targeted therapy in multiple myeloma. In the first year of the role, you will be responsible for the development of the core marketing strategy and campaign for a blockbuster launch of critical importance to GSK.

Responsibilities include the following:Lead the development and execution of promotional plans and programs, ensuring consistency with our strategic brand plan.Provide strategic leadership and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and agency/vendor partners to identify and implement market analyses, competitive benchmarking, and other key analyses to inform marketing tactics and programs.Work collaboratively within global/local commercial matrix to lead the co-creation of marketing programs and ensure LOC pull-through.Participate in the annual brand / operating plan process by shaping the tactical plan and budget required to achieve the brand's stated objectives.Cultivate relationships with customers, develop deep market insights, and customize commercial strategies across various customer segments.Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets.Partner cross-functionally and with external partners to define KPIs and analyze performance of key commercial programs on an ongoing basis.Partner with regulatory, medical, compliance and legal through the development and approval phases of to ensure all materials are held to the highest standards.Contribute to a culture of "One Team", driving organizational continuity and alignment across local operating companies (LOCs) and the Oncology franchise in a rapid-paced and agile wayWhy you?

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or science5+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience, including launch experienceOncology marketing experience within the last 3 yearsExperience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaignsPreferred Qualifications:

Global marketing and product launch experienceStrong experience with the US pharmaceutical marketDemonstrated strength in oral / written communications and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projectsComfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industryAbility to utilize insights from key customers - patients, payers, providers - to drive key marketing decisions and forecasts
