PURPOSE OF ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Integrated Communications Manager to lead strategic brand communications for the Americas market, leveraging expertise in brand communications to deliver best-in-class communications and PR campaigns and initiatives.

You will be responsible for overseeing traditional PR and editorial activities, managing agency relationships, developing content creator outreach programs, fostering media and brand partnerships, and collaborating closely with the global team to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all communication channels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESTraditional PR and Editorial

Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive positive media coverageWrite and edit press releases, media pitches, and other communication materialsCultivate relationships with key media contacts to secure press placements, reporting on number of positive media placements, press mentions, and editorial featuresTrack media coverage through press clippings, online articles, and editorial featuresMonitor sentiment analysis and share of voice compared to competitors

Managing Agency Relationships

Coordinate with external PR agencies to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives. Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to agency partners to optimize results and maximize ROI.Monitor agency performance metrics such as media outreach success rate, campaign ROI, and adherence to timelines.Conduct regular performance reviews with agencies to evaluate key metrics. Monitor campaign results, media coverage, and overall impact of agency efforts.Negotiate annual agency SOW and budget in partnership with Head of MarketingBuilding Content Creator Outreach and Programs

Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence across digital platformsDevelop creative partnerships and campaigns to engage target audiences and drive brand awarenessMonitor engagement metrics including reach, impressions, and conversion rates generated by content creator partnerships.Analyze social media metrics, website traffic, and sales data attributed to content creator collaborations. Monitor follower growth and audience engagement.Partner with L'Oreal resources to remain informed on best practices and learnings in the advocacy and influencer spaceMedia Partnerships

Cultivate relationships with media outlets, publications, and online platforms to secure editorial features, interviews, and product placementsNegotiate and manage media partnerships to maximize brand exposure and reachMonitor number of media partnerships secured, reach of media collaborations, and impact on brand visibilityTrack the success of media partnerships through website traffic, social media mentions, and brand sentiment analysisMeasure the increase in brand awareness and engagement resulting from media collaborations.

Brand Partnerships

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with like-minded brands and organizations to enhance brand positioning and expand market reachCollaborate on co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns to drive mutual brand growth and engagementMonitor number of strategic brand partnerships established, joint campaign performance, and brand lift from collaborative effortEvaluate the success of brand partnerships through sales data, customer surveys, and brand perception studies. Measure the impact on brand positioning, market share, and customer loyalty.Negotiate scope, terms and budget for brand partners, alongside Head of MarketingGlobal Marketing Team Collaboration

Effectively with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and seamless execution of communication strategiesProvide guidance and support to regional teams to drive cohesive global communication effortsAlignment of communication strategies across regions, successful implementation of global campaigns, and team collaboration effectiveness.Monitor communication consistency through brand guidelines adherence, messaging alignment, and campaign performance metricsConduct team feedback surveys to assess collaboration and effectivenessKEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of Brand Communications and PR experience, ideally within Luxury Fashion, Skincare/Beauty or similarA passion and appreciation and understanding of the luxury industry and productsA clear understanding of the changing face of the global media landscape to inform the creation of new PR and Communications strategiesConsistent track record of securing high-level media coverage with PressAbility to work collaboratively across global teams; comfortable interacting with senior leaders and executives.Must demonstrate strong communication skills and be a strategic, creative, and highly analytical mindExperience working with agency partners, fluency in media reporting and analyticsSelf-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business goals/financial targetsTeam management experience preferred

What's On OfferThe salary for this position is $100,000-120,000k
