I. Digital Marketing

Management of all Internet Listing Services for portfolio. Includes but not limited to Apartments.com, Rent.com, Zillow, ApartmentList etc.Management of all Internet Listing Management contracts with CMO approval of final contracts.Analysis and recommendations of ad spends for communities within their portfolio.Management of all Advenir Living Websites in their portfolio

Quarterly review with Community Managers of all website verbiage.Manage 3rd party vendor SEO recommendations and performance.Manage 3rd party vendor PPC campaign recommendations and performance.

Management of all website and digital marketing Entrata Simplementation tasks when migrating a new community.II. Social Media Management

Management of Advenir Living LLC Social Media Posting strategy in conjunction with regional counterpart.Management of Hootsuite or like software for posting site level social media postings in accordance with Advenir Living’s Social Media posting and branding guidelines.III. Review Management

Work with 3rd party vendor to endure that all reviews for all communities are answered no later than the 7th of the month for the month previous.Review and forward 1- and 2-star reviews to Community Managers for feedback and resolution.IV. Marketing Software Management and Support

Responsible for Jetty troubleshooting and vendor management for portfolio.Responsible for all questions related to FLEX.Responsible for implementation of Elise AI for any new communities

Management of Elise AI for all existing communities including vendor communication, troubleshooting, management of back end of software and analysis.

Responsible for implementation and management of Tour 24 for all communities utilizing the software in their portfolio.Responsible for management of LCP 360 Virtual Tour platform.Responsible for management of Hootsuite social media software.Responsible for management of resident survey software.V. Training

Responsible for implementing Edge2Learn training and onboarding support for all office team members for:

Elise AITour 24JettyLCP 360HootsuiteFLEXAny other marketing software that requires team member use.

VI. Reporting

Responsible for Social Media reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Responsible for Reputation reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Responsible for monthly reporting for:

VII. Lease Up Responsibilities

Marketing Plan Creation- 60 days prior to prelease. Review with CMO, VPLU, COO, CEO and site team.

Research and analysis

Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, target audience preferences, market trends, and potential growth areas in property management.Analyze current marketing initiatives to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Planning

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals, particularly as they relate to property management.Prioritize marketing channels, platforms, and tactics based on their relevance and ROI potential for the property management sector.

Content Development

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals, particularly as they relate to property management.Prioritize marketing channels, platforms, and tactics based on their relevance and ROI potential for the property management sector.

Digital Marketing

Creation of website starting at groundbreaking through full website at lease up

Management of all SEO and PPC content and campaigns.

Social Media

Implement Social Media Campaign for all lease up communities in accordance with Advenir Social Media GuidelinesWork with Creative team to ensure branding for all lease up communities.

Budgeting

Create Lease Up Marketing Budget. Review with CMO, VPLU, COO and CEO.
