Marketing Coordinator

National is looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for supporting and managing the execution of our marketing strategies and internal communication efforts. You will partner with the marketing team members on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.

A day in the life might contain updating and ordering business cards, communicating with merchandise vendor, managing and mailing event swag and kits, developing all staff slides, updating the intranet, managing multiple email boxes, and/or assisting in event planning and management. Its never a dull moment!

This entry-level position will learn digital marketing execution, management and implementation as well as serve as a brand ambassador for the company. Their role will support activities in both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) communications and Business-to-Business (B2B) sales enablement; as well as implement new event and webinar activities. You will have direct, hands-on involvement with all the different teams and groups at National. The opportunity to learn and grow is unlimited.

Responsibilities:Support marketing initiatives that drive audience engagement, website conversion, revenue and lead generation, communications and event planning.Manage the inventory, organization, packing and mailing for all event-related efforts.Manage vendor relationships for branded and printed collateral.Support Brand Managers with campaigns, database management, social media, and email marketing automation.Support the creation of company communications including all staff slide decks, company communications and collateral content.Manage and supervise intranet space, fielding requests and organizing market template libraries.Build out and be passionate towards event experience including but not limited to our internal conference, incentive trip, webinar and other lead generation event-related activities.Provide brand review on sales powerpoint presentations, RFPs, and other collateral as needed to ensure brand integrity and polish.Requirements:

Must live in Denver, Colorado for in-office responsibilities.Attention to detail and strong proofing skills are a must.A desire to learn and receive hands-on experience in a dynamic and active marketing department across a variety of business units (B2B and B2C).Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically ppt, excel and word.Preferred experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and AI tools.Strong, professional communications including good grammar and spelling.Hardworking, coachable and a team collaborator.Benefits:

$57,000 - $60,000Performance based bonus potential of 5%
