Pay Rate : $45 Per Hour on W2Job Name: Event Marketing ManagerJob Location: Overland Park, KS, 66251Contract Duration: 12 MonthsKey Responsibilities:Experience in B2B marketing, experience in virtual events.
Strong Project Management skill set.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 with daily practice in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive work approach to anticipate needs and next steps.
Independent worker who moves projects forward.
Close partnership with campaign team members to ensure work is on time and progressing.
This person will be an active project partner who will complete work as well as manage work.
Provides input to project approach and steps to ensure alignment with business goals.
Supports end-to-end project management of webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are managed and met including technical support of webinar platform, hosting webinar, troubleshooting, reporting, etc.
Supports work in webinar workstreams and executes tactical plans to achieve established goals.
Work with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to manage tasks and get work completed.
Document completed project work in program guides, project plans and performance reporting.
Manage communications and webinar calendars to promote internally.
Manage lead flow for webinar post events and manage tasks associated with virtual event follow up.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.Technology Requirements : -
Webex, Salesforce, On24 ,Microsoft 365 with strong PowerPoint and Excel skillsPreferred background/prior work experience:
webinars, virtual events, marketing to events and audience acquisition (nice to have)Priority soft skills :
Adaptability, communication at different levels of an org, analysis, creativity, detail-oriented, prioritizationEducation:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or years in related work experience.Work Experience:5 years of experience with project management.Req Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Project Management Req
